Do not call & data deletion

Last updated 27 July 2026

If you don't want to hear from us, tell us and we'll stop. We honor every request immediately and permanently — you don't need to give a reason.

How to be removed

Use any one of these. All three reach the same place and are treated identically.

Include the phone number or email address you want removed. If you'd rather not say anything else, that alone is enough.

What happens next

Your number and email are added to our internal do-not-contact list right away. That list is permanent — it is never cleared, reset, or overwritten, and it survives any change to our systems or marketing partners.

Removal requests are honored within one business day, and in nearly all cases immediately. If someone from our agency contacts you after you've asked us to stop, that is a mistake and we want to know about it — use any of the methods above and say so.

Requesting deletion of your information

Being removed from contact lists and having your data deleted are two different things, and you can ask for either or both.

To request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, email ian@leveragedfinancialgroup.com with the subject line Data deletion request, and include the name, phone number, or email address you used. We'll confirm once it's done.

One limit worth stating plainly. We keep the minimum record needed to honor your do-not-contact request — typically just the phone number or email itself. Deleting that record entirely would remove the very thing that stops us from contacting you again. If you want everything erased including that suppression entry, say so explicitly and we'll do it, but we won't be able to recognize your details as suppressed afterward.

We also retain records where law or insurance regulation requires it — for example, records tied to a policy application or an issued policy. Those obligations sit outside our control.

If you never contacted us

If you're getting messages from us and never filled out one of our forms, tell us and we'll remove you and look into where the contact came from. Leveraged Financial does not buy contact lists, and information submitted through our forms goes to one licensed agency — it is never sold to a lead network or shared with other insurance marketers.

Other registries

You can also add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. That covers telemarketing generally. It does not replace contacting us directly, because it does not cover companies you've previously requested information from — so if you want us specifically to stop, use one of the methods above.
